Website use
The content of this site (texts, photos, videos and logo) belongs to Lake Arenal Hotel, Brewery & Farm or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent. We work to keep the information accurate, but it may change without notice.
Reservations and rates
Rates and availability are shown in our booking engine, and the booking conditions and cancellation terms are shown there before you confirm. Rates in the booking engine include the taxes required by law. Reservations can also be requested by WhatsApp or email.
Stay information
- Check-in from 2:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Service animals are welcome with accreditation.
- Extra beds cannot be added to our rooms.
- Consumption at the restaurant and additional services are paid at the time of service.
Experiences and tours
Experiences, schedules and tours may change or be cancelled because of weather or safety. Some are operated with local partners and are booked for an additional fee.
Groups and Trip Host program
Group proposals and the Trip Host commission apply under the conditions in each written proposal. Commissions depend on bookings that are confirmed and paid in full and are not guaranteed income.
Liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or for third-party websites linked from this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
