Costa Rica's first ecological brewery
Our brewery is powered by renewable solar electricity from rooftop panels, and our steam boiler runs on locally sourced biodiesel. Our beer carbonates naturally with the CO2 from its own fermentation, captured in sealed conditioning tanks. We brew with pure spring water from our own farm, European malted grains, North American hops and French yeast.
Nothing is wasted: our spent grain becomes feed for the farm animals, closing the loop.
Beer Tour: one hour, daily from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, by advance reservation.

Our take on the classic American Pale Ale, inspired by Sierra Nevada. Sweetness, citrus and a floral finish from Centennial and Cascade hops. "It is the reason I have a brewery," says our founder.
